Sangeeta joined Waterfords in 2015 as a personal injury Paralegal. Sangeeta graduated from Huddersfield University with a LLB (Hons) degree, she successfully completed her Legal Practice course and LLM (Professional Legal Practice) at BPP law school Leeds.
Sangeeta deals with road traffic accident cases and cases dealing with employers, public and occupiers liability, she can usually deal with
your case as a no win no fee, under a conditional fee arrangement. Her caseload varies from representing Claimants with minor injuries, to those where Claimants have suffered life changing injuries.
Sangeeta has particular expertise in road traffic accidents, this includes dealing with accidents involving cars, busses, pedal bikes, motorbikes, uninsured drivers, untraced drivers and pedestrians. She has experience of running cases from start through to trial.
Sangeeta also specialises in accidents in the work place which may include any accident
that occurred due to hazardous or unsafe working conditions, occupiers liabilityaccidents, these type of claims involve accidents which have taken place on privately owned land or property such as slipping in a supermarket or tripping in a pub, school, shopping centre or on privately owned land.
