R v F – Isleworth CC
Defendant facing trial for a burglary valued at over £1 million. The defendant is alleged to have burgled the property of Simon Cowell, whilst he was present.
Representing two defendants who are alleged to have been involved in an armed robbery of a jewellers where a sawn off shotgun was produced.
R v H & others – Southwark CC (Ongoing)
Multi-handed drug importation case involving a widespread conspiracy to smuggle millions of pounds of heroin and cocaine into the UK.
R v R – Isleworth Crown Court (2016)
Represented the first defendant of two youths charged with a gang-related murder involving the public stabbing of a 17 year old boy in Acton. The Crown suggested the incident was a planned and pre-meditated attack. R was unanimously acquitted of murder.
Defendant was wanted for over 10 years for an allegation of attempted murder where a man was struck in the head and face with an axe, causing grave injuries. The defendant was listed at number 6 of the Sun newspaper’s most wanted list.
R v D and others – Isleworth CC (2015)
Represented six defendants in a conspiracy to steal involving a highly-organised enterprise committed over a number of months resulting in the theft of a total value close to £1 million.
