Gurpreet attended the University of Southampton where he attained a degree in Law (LLB Hons) and completed his Legal Practice Course at Westminster Law School.
Gurpreet specialises in Civil and Criminal Litigation work and has many years of experience. He is a Duty Solicitor who has extensive experience in dealing with and preparing all criminal cases, serious corporate frauds, VHCC cases and confiscation proceedings.
He has extensive trial and case preparation experience and has represented clients facing the full range of Civil and Criminal allegations including Murder, Firearms, Drugs, High Value Fraud, Money Laundering and Terrorism cases.He has a passion for meticulously seeing all cases through to the very end and ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients. Gurpreet has a proactive and forceful approach to ensure his client’s interests are protected in the Youth Court, Magistrates Court, Crown Court, Court of Appeal and in the House of Lords.
Gurpreet also has extensive experience in conducting Civil and Personal Injury cases, this includes individuals or companies who are Claimants and defendants in proceedings relating to a range of Civil cases and applications.
His Personal Injury experience covers a wide range from claims including individuals who have suffered injuries as a result of road traffic accidents, slips and trips in public places. He has successfully negotiated and settled claims for individuals both out of Court as well as instigated proceedings in Court to obtain maximum compensation promptly.
Gurpreet deals with setting up Offshore Companies and Foreign Structures depending upon clients personal and business needs. Waterfords also work with a preferred partner who are Charted Accountants and experienced Auditors who can advise on Tax planning and Domestic and International Accounting Standards.
