Gurdip is a consultant at Waterfords Solicitors. He obtained his degree in Law (LLB Hons) at the University of Westminster and completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (Bloomsbury).
Gurdip has experience in Civil law particularly Personal Injury cases such as road traffic, public liability, slips and trips where he has successfully negotiated and settled an extensive number of claims for his clients obtaining the best possible outcome. He has also appeared at County Courts settling claims for minors and has also been involved in dealing with contentious matters.
Gurdip specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law, dealing with a wide range of criminal matters from minor offences to very serious offences including Conspiracies, Fraud, Drugs, Attempted Murder, Money Laundering. Gurdip is an Accredited Police Station Representative and is also a Duty qualified Solicitor. He regularly appears in Magistrates Courts and Youth Courts. Gurdip has also obtained his Higher Rights of Audience and has represented numerous clients at the Crown Court.
